Terms of Service
Last updated October 11, 2026
In short. LiftLogGrow is software that coaches use to work with their athletes. Coaches are independent of us: they are responsible for their coaching, their athletes and the agreements they make with them. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of what was paid for. This summary is here to help; the terms below are what apply.
1. Who we are
LiftLogGrow is operated by Siddiqui Ventures LLC, 7465 Greenway Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32244, United States ("LiftLogGrow", "we", "us"). You can reach us at coach@liftloggrow.com.
2. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to everyone who uses LiftLogGrow at coach.liftloggrow.com or as an installed app (the "service"):
- Coaches, who create an account, and the coaches they add to their team.
- Athletes, who use the service because a coach invited them.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
- A coach who adds other coaches to their team is responsible for what those coaches do in the practice.
- One person per account. Don't share a login.
4. What the service is, and what it is not
LiftLogGrow is a tool. It lets a coach set meal and training plans, receive check-ins, photos, videos and messages from their athletes, reply to them, and take payment from them.
- We do not coach anyone. Coaches are independent. They are not our employees, agents or partners, and we do not review, supervise or endorse their advice, qualifications or programs.
- Nothing in the service is medical advice. It is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other licensed professional. Talk to a doctor before starting a diet or training program, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell.
- AI drafts are suggestions. A coach can ask the service to draft a reply to a check-in using an AI model. The coach reads, edits and sends it; nothing is sent to an athlete automatically. The coach is responsible for what they send.
5. What coaches are responsible for
If you are a coach, you agree that:
- Your relationship with each athlete is yours. Any coaching agreement, consent form, waiver or contract is between you and them, and we are not a party to it. The service gives you a consent agreement to edit and publish to your athletes; its wording is your responsibility, including any default wording we supply as a starting point.
- You only invite people who have asked to work with you, who are at least 18, and whose information you are entitled to collect.
- You hold whatever qualifications, licences and insurance your coaching requires where you work, and you follow the laws that apply to you, including those about health information, privacy, marketing and tax.
- You handle your athletes' information with care, use it only to coach them, and don't export or share it beyond what they have agreed to.
- You respond to your athletes' requests about their information, such as for a copy or for deletion. We will help where the service is needed to do so.
6. Plans and what they cost
- The service has a Free plan and paid plans. What each includes, its limits and its price are shown in the app under Settings, Plan, and may change over time.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. They renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
- You can change plan or cancel at any time from Settings, Plan. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. We don't refund part of a period, except where the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it keeps failing, your account moves to the Free plan until you pay.
- Moving to the Free plan, or being over a plan's limits, does not delete anything. Your athletes keep working; you can't invite or re-enable athletes until you are within the plan's limits, and features that aren't part of the Free plan stop being available.
- If we raise the price of a plan you are paying for, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect for you.
- Prices don't include taxes. You are responsible for any that apply.
7. Taking payment from athletes
Paid plans let a coach charge their athletes through the service.
- Payments are processed by Stripe on the coach's own Stripe account, which the coach connects to the service. The coach's use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's own agreements, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. We never see or store card numbers.
- The coach is the seller. The coach sets the price and any minimum term, and is responsible for refunds, disputes and chargebacks, taxes, and for honouring what they agreed with the athlete. An athlete with a question about a charge should contact their coach.
- Our fee. On some plans we take a percentage of each athlete payment as a platform fee, shown in the app under Settings, Plan and Settings, Payments. It is deducted automatically when the payment is made. Stripe's own processing fees are separate and are charged to the coach's Stripe account. Our fee is not returned if the coach later refunds the athlete.
- If a coach's account with us is suspended, we pause the payments their athletes make through the service for as long as it lasts.
- Athletes: where your coach has set a minimum term, you agree to it on the payment screen before you pay, and you can cancel from your account settings once it has ended. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- upload anything you have no right to share, or anything unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit or harmful to minors;
- harass, threaten or mislead anyone;
- get at accounts or information that aren't yours, probe or disrupt the service, or work around its limits;
- copy, resell or build a competing product from the service, or access it by automated means without our written agreement.
9. Your content and your information
- What you put into the service stays yours: plans, check-ins, photos, videos, messages and the rest. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you and the people you work with.
- For information about athletes, the coach decides what is collected and why, and we handle it on the coach's behalf to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who else is involved.
- The service itself, including its software, design and name, belongs to us. These terms don't give you any rights to it beyond using it as intended.
- If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
10. Suspending and ending accounts
- You can stop using the service at any time. To have your account and its information deleted, email us; a coach can remove an athlete, and that athlete's information, themselves.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or the service at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right.
- When a coach's account is suspended, their athletes can't use the service until it is restored. Nothing is deleted by a suspension.
- If an account is closed, we delete its information within 30 days of the request, apart from what we have to keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Ask us for a copy before you ask us to delete it.
11. The service comes as it is
We work to keep the service running and your information safe, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular purpose, or that any result, such as a fitness or health outcome, will be achieved. We may change or withdraw features.
12. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
- we are not liable for anything a coach or an athlete does or fails to do, including any advice given, any injury or health outcome, or any dispute between them, including about money;
- our total liability to you for everything connected with the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars.
Some places don't allow some of these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. If someone makes a claim because of you
If you are a coach, you agree to defend us and cover our losses and reasonable legal costs if someone brings a claim against us because of your coaching, your content, your dealings with your athletes, or your breaking these terms or the law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell coaches by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you and we agree to those courts. If part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
